Im seriously telling them,
Hire me and bubsa full time to just run amuck in runescape with godly powers, messing around with everything, creating random events everywhere.
IT will increase sales tenfold.

I think older players are better at this game, because we drink alone more on the ocmputer.
And after the hangover clears, you see your character leveled up 20 levels.... or you suddenly find your the leader of some stupid cabbage cult :D

I'm up to approx 300k cabbages . . . probably less. That's personally picked.
Not to mention all the bombings. . . . .

this is a VERY good suggestion.
I mean, there are a lot of good suggestions, but making a petition for them is just a waste of time..... but this one would be a very good cause.. .... specially with my slow computer, getting booted from runescape costs me like 5 minutes.

Horray! Suddenly I don't feel so old! (21. . . birthday last week!)
But yes, 'older' players actually make up a HUGE portion of the gaming community, simply because they have the money to buy their big fancy computers, and after a long day at work, its an easy way to relax. My dad has a HUGE game collection. You have to remember that the gaming community started with board games and DnD I think 20-30 years ago.
So in a way, your parents were playing games before they were cool :)

I cannot find a VERY specific post. It had about 26 pages, was locked, and was the first major cabbage post that I had on here.
I tried searching everything I could. . .. but cant find it.

I dont want this to turn into a thread promoting the OoC, and why we are so cool. Nor do I want it a flame.
Cabbage lovers, ignore those that post ill. The focus is getting our cabbage picking sync back.
The OoC loves to collect cabbage, but we arn't trying to slave drive people. The cabbage total will rise on its own. Mainly I want the ability to do SYNCRONZED PICK PATTERNS.
Its a beautiful thing to watch. We have a training program of sorts in place to teach people how to do it.

yes, cabbage picking is sad, but so is playing runescape!
I am not asking for people to like what we do.
I am askin that you help out a group of people that just want to enjoy the game. There is nothing sad about having fun :) Please no flaming, if they have not seen the light of cabbage picking, let them go on their ways :P

Hey there everybooooooody.
It's been awhile since I've been spamming it up here on Tipit, but I have a request for you.
Jagex has changed the respawn rate of cabbage, and it has affected several things:
1. Cabbage picking in general. Before, we could pick cabbage in rows of 2 neatly, but now, we must use 3-4 rows. This makes people bump into each other more often.
2. Syncronized Cabbage picking: Singlehandedly the most beautiful thing to do with cabbage, all of our special picking patterns are now messed up.
3. We cannot have as many people picking at once, or as close.
What you can do:
ASK JAGEX TO BRING BACK THE CABBAGE RESPAWN TIME!
Do it politely, and maybe we can have success. To those that know me 'round here, this is one of my most serious posts ever, so you know it would mean a lot to me, and not to mention several hundred people who pick cabbage for pleasure.

I think the biggest memory that stands out now when Im looking back is when there was like , 50 players online at once.... and Andrew was sending messeges saying how pissed off he was at the ocmmunity cause everyone whined. :)
Goes to show that the glory days wernt as glorious. Unless '02 was the beggining of the bad times.

So. . . the cabbage cult is still going strong. . . some days its up, some days its down.. whatever.
The reason I am writing this is because mainly, my mind needs to escape from my life as it is. I have moved out to a new place (livin independant for 2 years now!) and just things are. . . . crazy. . . .
I live in a green world. I have a green bed, and coincidently, my new room was painted green.
I also just thought about something. . . about how green was always a favourite colour of mine. I always liked how it accented my eyes, and my blonde hair.
whatever.
So I have been thinking lately about a serious issue with humanity. Its sortof about censorship. Censoring our feelings.
To those of us slightly more experianced idiots out there, that have been dabbling in the love game for awhile. Have you noticed a trend at all in your relationship building? Im not talking only love and romance. Relationships with friends, girls (guys for the ladies). . . . jobs. . . . hobbies.
When you were younger, or at least when I was younger. People did things without thought. A coupl would throw their souls at each other without worrying about the consequences. And in those few weeks, months, years or however lon the relationship lasted. . . you would have the most happiest people on the planet. But as those two now single people grow older, their dating becomes more thoughtful. More logical. They know now more "who their type is" , avoiding certain people.
Mainly, being more logical and "grown up" about who they choose to call a friend, the activities they do with those friends. Its all rather ludacris.
Isn't love, between friends, or between lovers, supposed to be deeper than anything logical? Do you call your close friend 'friend' because you buy each other beers? because they are useful to have around? cause you spend time togeather? No. I thought you connected with someone and went all out for them because there was a connection. A mutual 'love' or 'relationship' that drew you close.
And I noticed that the more we try to quantify how much we love someone, the less that love means. Instead of loving someone because. . . you LOVE THEM. . . . you attach yourself to what you like about them.
and as for romantic love. . . the biggest thing I am struggling with right now is when you meet someone and you try and think your way through a situation. Trying to always do what is the most right.
here's my findings so far:
LOVE IS ILLOGICAL.
So my statement I shall throw out there is:
Love, because you love. Provisos, conditions, reasons, and explanations for why you love your best friend, girlfriend, mother, God, just go against the whole beauty that is, love.
Comment on that. Discuss. I know this isnt the most appropriate forum for this sorta thing, but I figure a forum with youngsters, adults, teens, yo adults all in different stages of life could give some interesting angles.
Or maybe at the very least, we will all take a moment to think about things in hteir own life. . .. but dont think too much. . . enjoy the gift that we as humans have been given.
