Yeh, that's what would happen. These clans that copied my clan's name only have like two members though...there wouldn't be any use in warring them.
So why should it matter if they use the clan name or not? Obviously if they recruit on forums you could politely tell them to change the name, but hunting them down and telling them to wont always work. :shame:

The real TF would probably declare war on them and hand the imposters dignity back to them.

It's all baseless rumor. It's far more likely that Lordship wasn't even hacked at all.
Well if there wasnt 10 pages on WG forums I might believe you. But im sure you already knew that.

Yeah. Even if your a founder, you cant just throw a coup and hope people dont get mad.
Does anyone know if all the WG that left if there making a new clan? I dont think they are...Just curious.

Thats never happened to me
If you've been in a clan long enough, you'll know it happens a lot. Like people say they were an admin at their old clan and all of a sudden, they wanna be admins in this clan too. Unfortunately, ranks are not transferable.
Actually, my amount of clans is probably higher then your age.
If you try to recruit people that say "I want to be a leader" then they'll obviously say they want to be a leader.

I can tell you what I heard.
Lordy was mad when the new Leadership wasn't taking his advice, so he left for like a week or so. When he came back he heard all the members liked the new Leadership more, and they were doing better. So he demoted one of the Leaders and made himself Primary Leader. All the clan members got mad and left, so he closed the Clan and is re-opening it in February.

Lordy couldnt handle that WG was striving without him, e.g. pulling massive ops to pk trips and gaining 1-2 levels on their combat average. The fact that the majority of WG members prefer the new leaders over Lordy even made it worst. This created a rift in the clan since the old more experienced members followed Lordy and the majoirty following the new leaders. WG isnt dead just alot of members have left and they are on the brink of death. His lordship's account also got banned during this period which pretty much finished him. So His lordship is finished has a clan leader and his reputation is gone.
Lordy was unbanned today
Apparently RoT hacked his RS account, but theres no evidence.

I just find it odd because His Lordship was voted by most people to be one of the best Clan Leaders in the game, then he snaps.

Ah, I get it now. I guess he has a right to be mad, but if everyone liked it better then he should have kept it.

Greatest Clan Memory was when my first clan had its Christmas Party. We had ALOT of fun and ended up raiding and killing another clan. Good times..
My favorite memory of another clan was DS beating TA in a Pk-Run in. That happened a few days ago, thought it was sick.

Well I would really like Jaggex to do something like this for clan support:
A clan hall with a clan bank where a clan can keep an inventory of weapons, armour, food, runes etc. Which only the registered clan leader can access for obvious security reasons.
The clan can use its skills to make improvements to this hall not just utilising the construction skill, but perhaps having farming plots, fishing and everything else which can be used to help train clan members.
Perhps you could also have storm the clan hall where if you agree an enemy clan can attack your clan house (enter war mode) and you agree a stake if they fail to beat the defenders they lose the stake if they beat the defenders and reach a specific location within the hall then they gain the stake. There can also be a time limit to stop it going on all day.
A clan could invest resources into it's hall for instance a high fletch skill can make catapults or ballisatas and other defence weaps, a high construction skill member could build better walls and towers, a herbalist create burning pots of oil, a mage magical barriers etc.
More mini games which are clan based or are for clans only both on P2P and F2P.
Perhaps to stop every tom, [bleep] and harry creating a clan Jaggex could charge a fee for clan support say an extra ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã1.50 or ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã2.00 per month, clan leaders would have to pay this and come to an arrangement with their members if they can not afford this themselves.
I wouldn t mind seeing the above as the clan element of RS is very neglected in my humble opinion.
If they make clans pay extra rl money, they you can consider the whole thing a flop. Why? Because if jagex messes up the clan system, theres always an old one to go back to.

There already are No Honor clans, im not sure what you would consider to be more villan like.
not true their is at least one clan based on honour- the Knights Of Honour
we pride ourselves in being honourble in all we do. but on the note of disshonouble or downright vilioness clans their are some. in fact we are at war with one of them already after a terrible betrail that has led us down the road to civil war.

I didnt say all clans have no honor, i said there are clans based on having no honor. They dont recruit on Tip.it much, but i know alot of other fansites have them recruiting.
A no honor clan are made of Scammers, Lurers, Pjers, Crashers (Wars and Run-Ins). The scum of the Clan community really.
Surely this defeats the very object of the game, to be fair and establish a friendly community. Granted, this doesn't work very well most of the time, but a clan created purely for the purpose of being evil seems a bit odd... would they be scammers? lurers? etc.If so, they'd be banned pretty quickly.
However, if you're talking about clans devoted to evil as in those created in the name of Zamorak... then there are already loads out there!
It does defeat the purpose, but unfortunately..not many of them care. Jagex doesnt do much to stop Clans really.
