To make pixel sig.s, do you only need to have Microsoft Paint? That's the only program I have, I can't get Adobe Photoshop yet.

How can I take pictures of RuneScape when I'm playing the game? I usually press the button "Print Screen SysRq" and that would usually copy the entire page, but for RuneScape, it brings up a big grey box. Can someone tell me how to take pics, without this problem?
