The way you embedded your idea in your post like a Jagex announcement, making it seem official, makes me wonder what the real idea behind this post was: maybe influence the already sensitive 'rare market' by making it look like an official jagex announcement ? (nice touch by the way, to mention the date 23/1/05, too bad we're now living in 2006). He said that they would be deleted in 1 year, so that would've been in 2 weeks...
