  15. How did you stop? If I stop biting my nails, I bite my lip. I can never win.
  16. Do you clip them often? About every 3 days. I mostly use them to clip my cuticles. I have a really bad habit of peeling them back. It bleeds a lot if I don't clip them. Peeling them back? :ohnoes: I bite my nails a lot, usually they don't bleed but yeah.
