I just sold 2000 Blood runes and 1000 Bolt racks, boosting my pure cash up to 2.4 million gp. Barrows is amazing profit even without items!

:shock: I just did a Barrows trip without drinking ANY prayer potions, that is a new record! Still no item unfortunately... :-w

I burnt about 2k chaos just now, but I got bored so now I am back to Barrowsing. Time to test my new equipment!

Just a quick question about attacking styles. If you are using the attack style, will you hit more than using defence? Likewise, does using defence make your enemy hit you less?

I have had a very interesting morning. I splashed out on an Unholy Book and a Farseer Helmet for Barrows and I am currently making House Teletablets to make my trips even quicker. I will probably burn 4k Chaos at Iron Dragons later, as well as attempting to sell some Blood runes.

Ok, I switched my Mystic Gloves for Barrows Gloves. I might get a Zamorak book tomorrow, which I guess will cost around 700k. I am still unsure what other changes to make to my setup though, so many conflicting ideas. :? I might try a few of them tomorrow and see which (if any) suit me better.

What is the current price of a sara brew and a super restore + how many would I need to buy if I was looking to do 100 trips?

I use the safespots in the tunnels already for all the melee brothers, this helps me save a ton of prayer pot doses. I average 2 or 3 doses usually, I have never used more than 4 since hitting 60 Prayer and I often only use 1 dose. I am thinking of taking my Torags down instead of Rune, of course this would be a massive loss if I died... :?

Hello and welcome to my most comprehensive question ever posted in this forum. Today I am trusting this prestigious community to help me refine my current Barrows technique and to (hopefully) make my trips more profitable and quicker. Here is my set up and method that I use at the moment: My Equipment: My Inventory: My Method: Bank at Canifis. Use Myreque Shortcut. Go over Bridge, then ride in Swamp Boaty. Walk to Barrows. Pray Melee and Slayer Dart Dharock. Pray Ranged and Slayer Dart Karil. Drink 1 P-Pot dose, Pray Melee and Slayer Dart Verac. Drink 1 P-Pot dose, Pray Magic and Range Ahrim. Use Excalibur Special and Slayer Dart Guthan. Slayer Dart Torag. If a melee brother in tunnels, use safespot. If Ahrim/Karil tunnel, drink a dose and use appropriate method of annihilation. Get 18 KC. Loot Chest. Ecto, Castle Wars, teleport to house and pray, go through Kharyll Teleportal and start again. Now here is the part all Barrows experts can assist me in. I need to know whether my current method is the best at my level. My stats can be found by clicking the link just under my avatar (I am 100 combat). If you have any suggestions for new methods, or just tips to improve my current one, please post. I have around 2m in pure cash at the moment, but I wouldn't refuse to sell some of my items to raise more cash for a different method. Well I am back from my holiday and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It was nice seeing my aunty and uncle, I am hoping to see them again soon. Back to Barrows it seems :shock: .

I will fit in 1 or 2 Barrows runs this morning, then I will proceed to sell some items. Then, I am off to Devon for a few days. Keep this bumped! :D

Well I have had a great day barrowsing, but for the moment I have to take an leave of absence. I still have 1k Blood Runes to sell when I get back from holiday, which should bring my big 'ol pile of cash to nearly 2.5m I am going to Devon tomorrow so this blog is on hold until I return. I feel so stupid, I thought it was Sunday. :XD: I wasn't expecting an update...

After an interesting KBD trip (airs, 2 drops of laws and 50 yews) I am back to Barrowisng after this System Update. I can sense another item calling to me from the chest! :lol: I sold Ahrims top for 650k, I probably could have squeezed another 50k or so but I was feeling generous and I wanted to get on with things.

I think today I am going to do a clue scroll or two, then move onto some barrowsing. After all, I do have 40 + ranarr weeds to make into potions. All thanks to Dust Devils I might add. :D

Ok, so now I am clue hunting whilst training Ranged. I will switch between Hell Hounds and Dust Devils every so often.
