  1. you know whats nice? instead of giving someone something (armor, money, etc.), teach them how to make it. like the old proverb goes:

you can feed a hungry man for a day by giving him fish, but you can feed him for the rest of his life by teaching him how to fish
so the next time someone asks you for something, hand them a chisel/hammer/pick/axe, or whatever it may be to make the item (except if they want money). see how they react, and if they'll truely appreciate it.

THANK YOU! Whenever I try this I usually get a 'noob' or 'I'm reporting you'... I definitely agree with you though. And being nice doesn't necessarily mean giving items; taking the time to help someone with a quest or showing them how to do something always makes people happy. :)

  2.

Me and my mate where in the wildernesss were roughly same lvl and there was this guy who was 10 lvls higher than me we were both gunna gang on him but he got out range gear and my friend teleported to safety leaving me to be shot down as i ran away

Does this not leave you logged in until it logs your account out automatically? Because when I get lag and have to close the window and open the internet again, sometimes I'm still logged in when I get back.

  3. My younger brother found it on Miniclip and told me about it. At first (as always) I didn't think it'd turn out to be much, but I tried it. It's been eight months, and I'm not sure whether or not I'm happy I found out about it. :P Just think of all the hours that could have been spent doing something productive.

  4. Hate it. I play Runescape while simultaneously do other things like brose the forums, webs, and chat to my mates on MSN. When I go back I'm logged out. I could swear the autologout time is like 30secs...

I do the same thing a lot, but I'm too worried about getting a random event and dieing to not check back a lot. Although I'm usually training when I do this, meaning I wouldn't logout anyway. But yes, it gets annoying.

  5. I find it annoying, even if it is helpful. I don't leave my account logged in if I'm leaving the computer for more than something like grabbing something or getting a drink or whatever. Seeing as I wouldn't leave if I had ten hitpoints left or was following someone, I don't think a lot could happen in the fifteen or less seconds I'm gone. I don't forget to logout, so I don't have that problem either.

I think I'd prefer if the length of time was longer, more for fishing, mining, woodcutting, etc. purposes, but then if something did happen while I was gone, I'd want the time to be shorter. Either way, I find it kind of annoying, but it's not a huge hassle to me.
