BUY: Mage Log -1k per Bow String - 150 Per Nature - 300-350 Per ---1.5k MAX per and they alch for like 1,512 You will most likely only spend 300 on nats so thats... 1.45k per so thats 60+ coins profit each Not as much as you use to get (100+ each profit) but better then nothing.. Its about the same little more then yew longs

Ummm...You stop burning sharks at level 95 with cooking gaunts. And about the rares section...the prices shoot DOWN at the holiday. Reason being supply and demand. A lot of people think "Hey, I'll sell my Santa at Christmas! Everyone will want one!" They wait, and wait, and wait some more, then at X-mas, everyone wants to sell theirs. Introduction Merchanting is basically buying low, and selling high, merchanting is also known as investing but in Runescape they call it merchanting. 1.1 Scammers\Scams There are allot of scammers out there, and here are a few scams you should watch out for. Guthan Spear Switch-Out How It works: You are buying full guthans with spear, and someone trades with you and puts up full guthans, but he switches the guthans spear with a leaf-bladed spear! And it all looks like guthans so you hit accept on both screams, and you try the special and it dosn't work! That is bout 5m SCAMMED.... How to Prevent: Read both trade screens no-matter what! Money Change How it works: you offer an item you're trying to sell, they offer the price you want... But wait there's more they also offer up a bunch of low value items whilst they are doing this they reduce the coins offered to 10% of the original value e.g. 300k becomes 30,000, you then unknowingly click accept and you get scammed. Item Removal How it works: you're buying an item and someone trades you offer the money you're willing to pay and then click accept, due to the processing speed of the servers they can remove the item and click accept quick enough to take it on to the next screen without you having to click accept again, you then go through the second screen as normal without realizing and you get scammed. Item Change How it works: if you're buying something like logs or bones, they offer up the amount of logs/bones and as you're offering money they switch it e.g. they trade 1000 yew logs for 1000 oak logs you being none the wiser accept and you get scammed. 2 Man Scam How it works: one person will be selling a useless item such as Hallow Reed or Pete's Candlestick for an overpriced mark say 100k and just off the screen there will e another person buying the very same item for 5-10 times greater than the seller. You buy from the seller in hop of making a profit and they both mysteriously log out. and you're stuck with a useless item no one will buy. 1.2Times and Locations In different locations, different items are in demand you need to become accustomed to who resides in each location in order to merchant your items at the maximum efficiency. Listed below are locations where there are allot of people normally and who they are, whatÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s generally in demand* and what you can pick up cheap. During the course of the day different people come on at different times, in order to merchant properly you need to come on between the following times 5 pm - 12 pm GMT this is when most people are online and where you're most likely to find all your punters Format = Location - People - What sells good - What you can buy for cheap Al-Kharid Bank - Kalphite fighters, Crafters, Smithers and Miners - Good Food, Prayer pots, Gems, Gold Bars, Ores and Hides Canafis Bank - Barrow Go-Ers, Slayer monster killers, shade killers - Food, Prayer pots - Granite Mauls, Abysall Whips Varrock East/West - Pkers, Essence miners, Smithers, Merchants - Food, Pots, Runes, Bars - Amour, Rune essence, Ammies Edgeville Bank - Pkers, High levels, Yew Cutters, Fletchers - Food, Pots, Weapons, Amour - Yew logs Draynor Bank - Willow cutters, Fishermen, Miners - Hatchets - Raw fish, Ores, Willow logs Catherby Bank - Fishers, Yew Cutters, flax pickers, cook's - Raw fish - Cooked fish, Yew logs, Raw fish Seers Bank - Fletchers, Yew cutters, Magic cutters, Maple cutters, Merchants - Logs, Flax, String - Logs, Flax, String (depending on the time of day) Ardougne Bank - Thieves, Metal Dragon fighters, Fire giant fighters, Moss Giant Fighters, PKers - Food, Pots, arrows - Not allot Yannille Bank - High levels, Miners, Smithers, Essence miners - Bars - Runes, Ore Falador Bank - Smithers, Merchants, Miners - Coal, Mithril ore - Bars, coal, Mithril Note: please do not include world 1 varrock and world 2 Falador in these listings, these 2 worlds are merchant worlds and EVERYTHING is sold there. 1.3 Merchanting Tips - Buy in bulk and sell in bulk. Be sure to buy stuff low and sell for a higher amount. The more you have of something the easier it is to sell; and the higher you can sell it for). - Selling in Runescape can take awhile. For bulk items use the forums for buyers. If you are a member then make a post about the items you want to sell and you will usually get a buyer within 10 ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ 15 minutes. - Always keep a good amount of cash on hand and only use about 1/2 of your current money for the merchanting. You never know when you may come across a great deal while you are buying or selling other things and if you do not have the cash in the bank to jump on it the opportunity might slip away. - Be firm on your prices! Many people will try to talk you into lowering your selling price or raising your buying price. Be firm and walk away a few steps; there is about a 70% chance the player will change his mind and buy your items or sell his. - Avoid scams at all costs. Many merchants get scammed rather easily. Be sure to always double-check the final trade window before making the trade. If the deal seems too good to be true then be suspicious. - To make more and quicker cash from merchanting then you should do bulk trades or deal in higher prices items (100K+). - Always keep a calculator at hand! Windows has one in all of their versions, and make sure you have one. It is a merchantÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s best friend! - If you are going to merchant an ore hire miners to get it for you. For example pay them about 50 each for iron, then when you have about 1k sell for 100 each. - When selling something if you are not using the forums go to world 1 or another crowded world. 2. Merchanting Rares NOTE: Un-Wieldable rare items arenÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t the best things to merchant. Merchanting rares is what I just recently started to do. This is a very profitable way to merchant. You will most likely make over 1mill for merchanting rares. 2.1 NOTE: Un-Wieldable rare items arenÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t the best things to merchant. Santa Hat - Buy low in summer, save it to close to Christmas, then sell few weeks BEFORE Christmas, demand\price drops on Christmas. Party-Hat ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ These are the best things to merchant, buy them for as low as possible, and keep it for a long time, then sell it and you will most likely make at least 3m+ profit a month from keeping them. Purple, Green, and Yellow donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t raise as much, but Red, White, and Blue Party-Hats are the best profit. Halloween Mask ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ Buy Halloween mask low in winter, or summer, then sell high whenever it gets high. 3. Merchanting Barrows Amour To merchant barrows amour is quite easy, buy it separately, you will save a lot, then once u get the set sell however much a normal set costs. 3.1 Merchanting Mystic Robes **NOT-CONFIRMED TO WORK** BEST Place to sell them and buy them is in falador near the farming peach near the statue -Buy black mystic top for 250k- 270k sell it for 350k -Buy black mystic bottom for 200k sell for 250k -Buy black mystic gloves, hat , and boots for 40k each (selling in a set as in full black mystic. Full black mystic is about 600k sell it for 800k) -Buy gold mystic top for 200k sell for 250k -Buy gold mystic bottom for 100k sell for 150k. -Buy gold mystic hat, glove and hat for 30k each (sell in sets as in full gold mystic itÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s about 420k if u buy in pieces sell for 600k) 4. Merchanting With Skills There are many ways to merchant when you have high leveled skills. 4.1 Rune crafting ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ Buy ess 25-30gp each, craft in to Nature Runes, then sell nature runes for 300-400gp each. Fishing\Cooking ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ *94+ Cooking and Cooking Gauntlets Required* Buy raw sharks (buying is a lot faster then too fish them) for 800-900gp each then cook them (with 84+ cooking and cooking gauntlets) and then sell cooked sharks for 1k-1.1k each (need high cooking and gauntlets because at 84 cooking and with cooking gauntlets, you donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t burn any sharks) Herblore ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ Buy Ranarr weeds for 5k (not sure if price has changed) then make prayer pots sell for 6k each (not sure if price has changed (there are many other ways to merchant while doing herblore, but this is to me, the most profitable way)) Crafting ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ Buy Gems, and Gold, make gold bars, cut the gems and make ammyÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s or rings, and enchant them (if you donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t enchant them you wont make as much profit) Fletching ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ -Buy mage logs, and buy strings (or cut the logs and make the strings) then make magic longbows and high alch them for 1,536gp each, this makes awesome profit. Or if you donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t have high enough fletching, buy the logs and strings (or make\cut\buy them) then give the supplies to a friend with 85+ fletching to fletch them for you. -Also, if you have 70+ Fletching, another way you can merchant with fletching is buy\cut yews (300gp each) make\buy bow strings (110-150gp each) make\buy nature runes (300-310gp each) then you make yew longbows (approx. cost for 1 yew long, and nature rune: 710gp each) and alch them, and get 768gp each, you only make about 58gp profit each one, but its better then nothing, and its free magic exp and free fletching exp. Mining/Smithing ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ Mine or buy coal for 100gp-200gp each, then mine or buy iron (half the amount of coal you have) then smith into steel bars, and you can sell them for 600gp each! Or instead of just sellen the steel bars, you can smith the steel bars into cannonballs (4 each bar) and sell for 200gp each! If you do cannon ball method you make approx. 300-400gp profit each steel bar, if you just make and sell the steel bars you will only make about 300gp each And these are just a few ways you can merchant with skills. 4.2 Raw Materials Raw materials is a good source of money, you could either sell just the raw materials, or use the raw materials to make something and possibly sell it for more. Some skills that make raw materials are: Fishing Woodcutting Mining and the ones that use the raw materials are: Cooking Runecrafting Smithing Fletching Crafting and all the other skills are ones that just use the final material. In some cases raw materials are worth more then the non-raw materials, like mith bar sells for about 1k and if your only 52 smithing and can make mith maces, mith bar is worth more then anything you can make so far in mith, so before making stuff out of raw materials because you think you will get more, double check first. 5. General Merchanting Expensive things arenÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t always the only things you can merchant, there are many other things you can merchant and still get a decent profit. Rune Ess ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ Buy for around 20-25gp in f2P then, Sell them for 30-45gp in p2p worlds. Or buy rune ess, make chaos, nature, law, or death runes and sell them (you are guaranteed to make about 100gp+ profit each rune) Rune Scimmy ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ Buy them for about 20k and, sell them for 25k-30k Dragon Scimmy ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ Buy dragon scimmys from the scimmy shop on Ape Atoll (must have done monkey madness) buy as many scimmys as you want for 100k each! Do not pay anymore then 100k, then go to world 2 falador east bank, sell for 105k-150k each. Vials ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ Buy them at ardy general store for 6-12gp each then, sell them to players for 100gp-200gp each Snape Grass ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ Collect these at the Spawn west of Crafting Guild, then Sell them for about 300-500gp each Red Spider eggs - Collect them at spawn deep in varrock sewers, or edgy members dungeon, then sell them to players for 500gp each Blue Dragon Scales - Collect blue dragon scales in taverly dungeon sell for 1k each on forums White Berries - Collect white berries In wilderness, then sell them for 800 - 1k each more coming soon!
