problem with superheating is that... u need the smithing lvl to make the bars

im f2p pure range/mage so im wonderin... whats a really cheap way and fast of getting 70 mage and if u say using curses or teles 1. cant afford thousands of laws 2. buying thousands of bodies,earths,waters, gonna kill me and using curses is slow :? is there any other way?
