Drawde, Fire Strike is cheap and fairly easy way to get your Magic up (, if you want also HP experience...) I have myself 75 Magic. Guess how I trained so far? :wink: Alching (with High Alchemy) is a good way of training Magic. Can you afford to buy those Natures?

Ummm... I'm not sure, if I understood you completely... First, you'd better stick with the Company you chose. Before doing any tasks you should just stock up few ores, like Iron and Coal, in your bank. Then, go and get your task, if it isn't good, don't press continue on chatbox. Just walk away and speak to the secretary again. Do this until you get a task, for which you've ores already or it's just easy to do. If this trick doesn't work, then you'd better be fast miner. :wink: I hope this helps a bit.

I don't know about Shilo Village, but I've been fishing quite a lot in Barbarian Village (28K Feathers). My speed has been ~500/hour. I think Shilo is a bit faster. Now, the rest depends on you. How much you play, random events and such. Just don't be too hard on yourself. (50-60K exp ~ about 1K Feathers)

Jagex states clearly that it's against rules. Though, people are stupid(/greedy) enough to fall for it. Be it selling items or luring PKers. Not much of luring in f2p anyway.
