I need to get some soul runes to do Legends quest nobody seems to want to sell me less then 10 but i can't complete the rouge trader game i can't do the puzzle tried it for 2 hours and i got really mad anybody help me out?

It is supposed to be which ones you seen in game but I play on the canadian worlds and I see quite a few slayer capes about 4-5 and they are always the same people though usually at the alotment patches

I have seen every cape except for a select few they are: Herblore Farming Mining construction seen everything else I seen about 5 slayer capes wondering if anybody seen these? Tell me what you all have seen or have not seen!

You might not know this but, he actually isn't breaking any rules he asks to trade somebody he usually has the items he shows them, and there is 100k cash outside of the signs near the wildy the stupid person will then run outside wildy get entangled tbed barraged then speced and basically die instantly, he never broke any rules as the person ran to grab the cash before the transaction was actually made, he didn't force him or ask to trade outside the wildy or anything he asked him to trade near it which also doesn't break any rules it's slimey, but it is a loophole where he is luring but isn't breaking any rules it doesn't matter what anybody says there is always a loophole and until it is fixed people will still abuse it.

I agree with rose here he may be deceiving people, but I watched this "luring" method on youtube and these people with party hats and santa hats are so greedy they run out to grab an extra 100k gold, if you ask me if your stupid enough to do it you deserve it. I have never lured anybody in my life never have and never will, but from what I see if your stupid enough not to telegrab the gold and say peace out you deserve to lose your items, he also isn't forcing them out in the wild they run out there to grab the gold like the greedy people they are if you ask me their greed is actually what gets them not the lurer just my two cents.

why don't you just level it up normaly

Literature- Can uncode ancient books and scrolls to learn to spells and how to make new items in alot of skills also can become a scholar or librarian can write your own material and give it to a library or something museum can write about adventures monster etc make plays and poems do that sort of thing may appeal to the older community younger kids may like the way you learn new spells and such With construction they should add a feature where a group of people can build your house for you and you have to pay them after the job is done so a group of 5 guys can go in and build your house for a price there could be so much added to the new skills but there could be so many choices for a new skill
