Its really your choice, personally, I don't need to use it.

The magic bonus still effects slayer dart. It doesn't do anything to lower the max hit, but it does lower slayer darts accuracy.

You can, but it still takes time to make like 4-5prayer pots(finding all the herbs, and getting the rest of the ingredients).

As was said 50 con is useful because of the portal to Canfis and because of the altar(only 45 con needed). Makes life A LOT easier
