can realy noone help me? i already wrote a ticket to jagex..but the didnt answerd yet...

I already read the guide from this side but...as i said i searchd all barrels near the cart..and nowhere was ana...i realy dont know what else i can do..cause im also not able to take annother barrel or to find anna cause she is also gone (i mean she isnt there where i put her in the barrel..)

I just made the part in which i use the barrel with ana in it with e the mine cart ..then i followed her but as i arrived she was in no barrel so i get back to the place where i found here but she still was not here...i also tried to pick up annother barrel.... if u can plz help me ty...
