Do macro purchasers get their money back if their macro doesn't work and the developers have a hard time updating it? Surely they sign some liability agreement.

MISFORTUNE, SINCE THIS THREAD HAS TANKED, PLEASE WRITE A NEW ARTICLE AND REPLACE THIS ONE WITH THAT ONE.
TALK ABOUT THE MACROS'/MACRO DEVELOPERS' EFFECT ON THE RS ECONOMY (or on the U.S. economy if you can do that). PLEASE INCLUDE SOURCES.

A few years from now the U.S. will be working for China? Where's most of the manufacturing done these days? Does it seem like the tides will turn any time soon to you?
