  1. I see, thank you very much for your help, I really appreciate it =)
  2. are those exp rates with super-fast dropping methods or banking methods? but that sounds pretty good for my needs at the moment, i only need 1.25mil exp for now. thanks =)
  3. Hey guys, I've just come back from a rather lengthy break from RS and i've decided to train my WC and fletching in order to harvest from the bloodwood trees. Right now i'm training at ivy but it seems to be much slower than it was before I left, though that might just be my imagination. Where is the best place to train WC? is it still ivy or are there better alternatives for lv 80+. Also, what is the best method of training fletching for a fairly poor character? (73 fletching) Thank you for your time, ~Theblastmage
  4. I've been browsing the internet and playing MMO's for the past several years and one thing that's always bugged me is the way people act over the internet. So I would like to know, do you or people you know act differently online than you do in person? And what do you think causes this change in behavior? Any and all responses are welcome. ~TheBlastMage
  5. Hey guys, my ign is Theblastmage and i'm looking for a decent sized clan (~10+ active people) that does skilling, pvm, pvp and is also friendly. if you're recruiting for a clan that falls under that general category, please post here or whisper me in game. some of my stats (since my sig is probably outdated): 100 combat, 93 f2p 1572 total level 80 attk 71 str 72 def 66 range 60 prayer 76 hp 71 mage 55 summoning highest non combat skill - cooking lv 82 my timezone is EST (-5 GMT), i'm on a little bit in the mornings but i am at work untill 7-8pm most weekdays and sometimes on the weekends (my schedual is released every sunday and is only planed for that week so...). after work i'll either be playing rs, grand chase, or luminary but i'll likely be playing rs more so than the others (if you want to contact me about events and you have xfire, my xfire name is theblastmage). umm....that's all i can think of; sorry if it's long but i'm just long-winded like that. see ya in runescape.
  6. hey guys, i'm trying to get my range up to around lv 70 or higher from 66 and i was wondering what methods would be the best for me to use. currently i'm training at moss giants with iron darts, so if anyone knows any better monsters/weapons to use i would greatly appriciate it. thanks
  7. thanks guys. i guess it's back to baxtorian for me then lol. thanks again for the input
  8. hey guys, i was wondering which would be faster exp, fishing salmon/trout/strurgeon, or fishing monkfish? i haven't done the quest yet but if monks are much better i'd be willing to do it for them. i have 73 fishing and i'm going for 76 right now for sharks.
  9. well apart from the fact that you'd probably do fine in gwd.... any boss can be ls'd (kq, kbd, etc.), but other than that i'm not sure where else you could go. sorry i can't be of more help but good luck with whatever you choose
  10. yew or eucalyptus are your best bets if you want money from woodcutting. from what i've heard eucs are faster than yews, as far as money/hr goes i'm not sure which is best. mages are really too slow to be good for money, at least from my experience. as for spots, yews can be cut at seers, fallador, edge, or near rimmington if you've done the quest for the locker there. eucs are best cut right outside of oo'glog. i hope this helps
  11. neither of them. teaks are better than both of them so use lumberjacks on teaks. you can either cut and burn or cut and drop, OR cut and parcel bank them. the choice is yours but i'd highly advise against using either willows or maples... if, however, for some reason you don't want to do teaks, i'd have to say willows and lumberjack are better than maples due to the speed differences between the two.
  12. this thread was very intrigueing(sp?), it does seem that CT dagganoths are better than the lighthouse ones unless you are in a race for 99 slayer. but i have one question, is it possible to use chinchompas in the CT with any efficiency? i haven't been there nor have i used chinchompas, but if they don't have incredible range def then it may be possible to effectively chin there. i'd like anyone's input on this as i don't have time today to try it out. i might go there tomorrow though if i have time
  13. ok, thanks for the help. i'll give it some tests myself too. thanks again
  14. hey guys i'm currently charging some air orbs and was wondering what the money/hour would be if i sold em all. i'm using a spirit terrorbird to help me craft em. thanks in advance
  15. what makes it better is that few people ever actually go to mining spots on pvp worlds so you can train in relative peace. that's what i do when areas get crowded lol
