i train there, its around 1.6-2k every 5 minutes but i was wondering about d slaya, dont u get like def xp?

im split between getting 70 str or 74 range (req's for a clan im joining... FL 4 lyfe!)and i was wondering what would take less time and where too train...right now im training at these places: RANGE: fort guards MELEE(str): minutors in securilty stronghold, with str pots to speed it up if there are better places to train plz tell and i was wondering what is faster? also im 66 range and 54 str(close to 55 str) if you would like to pm me my pures name is mookey inc -MI-

hey, how long did it take you to get lvl 77 range? cause i have a pure with almost 62 range, im training slowly so can u give some tips where to train? :P

i have varok tablets but im doing barrows and it takes for ever to get back to when i run out of potions, so i was wondering if you can make the new tablets for canifis(or do they even exist?)
