i doubt this, if anything it will be some 2handed item only for str and controled and def or like strength(slash) controled(slash) controlled (crush) I dont see why they would not make one, would you have said the same thing about a weapon (attack training) before the whip came out and if i suggested it? it would be from a 85+ slayer monster anyway, giving those with the level another item to sell 20mil+

The best way at low cost if you die is to use Ancient Edgeville tele, at the low cost of 2-3 nats for the space or whatever you craft, it beats doing it the jungle way,use of duel rings or losing a glory

Nah they do that with certain future land expansion places, off the top of my head, they did the same thing in the southern part of the desert, the bandit camp place.

Hmm if that is not the underwater part for Recipe quest I dare say that may be a future update concerning the "Underwater City" in that one guthix letter that lightly said something about it some ways back Edit- found it: it would make sense to put it there where there is a large body of water
