i guess you could use controlled to level up faster in terms of combat since your raising 3 levels but once i got my attack & def to 70 i sold my whip so i could get my strength up

if ur training with a wep that only has a max hit of say 14. then there would be no point in raisin ur strength lvl any higher than it needs to be to deal 14 damage. i hope that came out right
