open the draw on the bottom floor and get the next cluescroll or reward

wizards tower west of lumbridge swamp go downstairs to the drawes u then have to kill a wizard to get the key

this is rite in the middle of the mining camp by the cart.

i have seen green with a light green trim aswell but i dont think f2p users can wear it :(
