Hey, Old RS/Tip-it user here, after a long hiatus :) So I'm in need of a couple geometric-ish images, and I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help me out. Basically, I'm looking for 3D, kind of colorful funky polygon things, on one side of an otherwise white rectangular image, maybe with some gridlines or mathy-looking stuff or vague shadows/ faded coloring in the background. Uh. This isn't a very good description.... so to be specific, something like the backgrounds on the Mathematica websites: http://www.wolfram.com/products/ http://www.wolfram.com/products/professional.html http://www.wolfram.com/products/mathematica/newin52/ http://www.wolfram.com/company/ http://mathworld.wolfram.com/ Unfortunately, I don't own Mathematica and I don't know how to use Photoshop, so I can't do this myself... I've been told these aren't too difficult to make, though, and I'd REALLY appreciate it if someone could help me out. (If these ARE actually time-consuming, then I could really use just, like, wallpaper-sized random abstract imagery like the kind that shows up in backgrounds of grunge sigs. Yeah, my first sig :-) Foreground MS Paint, background Photoshop. Originally meant for beckj's competition, but he seems to have chosen princess's sig already. How'd I do? Any comments/criticism? Thanks Edit: While it's not on the level of the more experienced pixelers here, I think this sig is a good deal better than some of the other 'first attempts' I've seen and it did take an hour or two of hard pixel-by-pixel work in the foreground. But if it's not worthy of being posted in the mods' opinions, sorry. Yeah.

actually- I just noticed that there are quite a few people who ripped Entangle's sigs on RSC. Any comments/suggestions?

No, I was referring to this one. Forget the anvil, I wasn't sure it was a reasonable request anyway. And how much money are you looking for on a sig like this?

This was the only thing you've said specifically about that sig, and a later update that it'd be done by Sept. 25...Eh, I don't really care, but could you just give me a definitive answer on if you plan to do the other one anytime soon? I've been waiting on mine for 2 or 3 weeks now. Thanks.

Could you give me a rough estimate on how long it'll take you to make either one of the two sigs I've requested, or if you're planning on doing them at all? I've already ordered this sig from Entangle, but I'd like to see your interpretation of it, and it seems like you can do a good 3d-image of an anvil based on the sample RS images on the first page: Could you do a sig of a hammer, and partially-smithed rune sword, lying on an anvil? (I don't have a very clear image in my mind yet- I'm seeing something like the reforging of narsil in the Return of the king movie, with about half a sword joined from the hilt and the shards of the tip lying around...) Name a price-- 100k+ is okay with me. Also, could I see one of a Rune throwing knife lying on a stone-ish surface amidst either a scattering of rose petals or a scattering of blood, whichever you think would look better? Same thing with the price, and maybe I'll post more ideas as I come up with them :) Thanks!

I'd also be interested in seeing a red phat sig, or a ruby ammy sig, or a ruby ammy + red phat sig, etc. Let me know, I'll probably be buying at least two sigs if not more since your examples are so great :)
