You guys aren't gettin this i'm 82 mage and i can tele there, but i need to go there to do recipe for disaster and you only get the teleport after you've done it.

Is there any way to get back there if I don't have the teleport and I don't want to talk to Daero as i don't want to get 47 defence :S

Are there defence requirements for the gloves? E.g. 40 defence for rune gloves etc. Thanks

Well having done in excess of 22k curses myself on my pure, I can say it IS good training just it can become very tedious. You will miss 95% of the time if you wear full metal armour of any sort and if you do it, you only have to wait a few seconds until you can cast again. IMO the best place is the mage of zamorak under the stairs at Varrock castle. Have fun *raises eyebrows* :D
