I have this rather weird mix of questions: 1. I'm looking for a good room layout for my house. My construction level is 56 if that matters. 2. I decided to train fishing and cooking again after some time, and i would like to know what is better option for me: catch and cook monkfish or sell raw monkfish and buy raw lobster for cooking? My fishing is 71, cooking 76 and i have cooking gauntlets. 3. What is that junk trading that everyone is talking about? How it works and is it profitable? 4. Is it ok if i put all my questions into one thread or i should create new thread for each question?

I try to make guthix balance with stat restore potion, garlic and silver dust in my inventory. When i use garlic with stat restore, it says "you have no clue what sort of concoction this would make". Silver dust with stat restore - "nothing interesting happens". My herblore level is 24. Are there any additional requirements or Im doing something wrong?

I plan to grow tomatoes. I will use supercompost and plant flowers to prevent crops from disease. Is this enough protection or should i pay farmer to take care of my crops?

Anyone know what tiles are for and what they are worth?
