I dont think that canoes were meant for real travel. The distances that you described are way too far apart. The river Lum is much shorter

If you were serious, heres my opinion. Jagex would never cosider items like P hats more than 4 gp. Why would Jagex follow street value?

Jagex doesnt give new F2P quests for a reason. They want you to pay! Enough said..

No offense but I might aswell pick up a barbarian from Barb Village and throw him at Elvarg the dragon.
