I completed Rune Mysteries years ago, but now it appears as in process. I don't know where to "pick up" on the quest. if i try to play the organ, a wizard just complains. When i talk to Wizard Ellaron, he isn't helpful. When I speak with Ariane, she asks about my progress, and I tell her Wizard Ellaron told me about some books. So i go to search the eastern most bookcases, and no books that I need appear, just a random "clever name" books. How do I finish this thing? Rsn: grrrlgone. I'll be roaming around the wizards tower like an idiot. Thanks!

Hi, I love BA. I have for years. My friends all call me an addict. There was never a BA clan. But, I've recently heard of a BA clan. I was overjoyed....and now disgruntled. Where the hell is the recruitment thread? How do I join? I've googled them, saw old You Tube videos, but, no forum addys, no way to join this group. Please help me! I joined the forums at the same time I started using the guides. I suppose if you think about it, a lot of runescapers are very young - and rather lazy. I would bet a large percentage of them only read what is absolutely necessary. They might skim a quest guide - but I doubt they would take the time to read the forums. Even if the marketplace would be a huge help to them. I use the forums to do price checks, keep tabs on the non-combat communities, and read player guides if I am stuck on something.

I make up random innocent phrases. Yaow! Zowzers! Something ridiculous that floats on by the censors and leaves the other players thinking you're nuts. I also like to use clever words for other players like " twit" or "dolt" because clever words entertain me more than *****'s.

Yeah, that's what I'd do, but, I'm not a combat expert or anything. You're probably a higher combat level than me.

Jagex Ltd. is some sort of corporate monster. I am not familiar with corporate structures in the UK, but in the US, a corporation does not have to provide you with the same freedoms and such that your government does - as long as they aren't breaking any laws. Jagex Ltd. owns the game. They own your character. They own everything in your bank. You pay them $5 a month for the privilege of playing with your character. They aren't required to be fair or just with you. You can respond by not paying them and doing something else. If everyone decided to not pay them anymore, they would change their rules. But, I doubt you could muster that much organization among the players. Corporations exist to make money, not administer justice. I'm sorry you've had such a horrible run in, I would be upset if my character was banned.

Yeah, that is a great idea - Daggnoths. Tricky with the color changes, though. I did well with pest control, but, if you're a low level the other players will be irritated that you're there. I'd turn off public chat. :)

? I dunno what that means. Maybe they're trying to scam you - but, maybe I'm too noobish to know about it.

I'm just an oddball obsessive, but, I like to try to keep those stats even. I'd raise attack first, just because it isn't as annoying. :)

Mining. I suggest streaming some iTunes and mining coal. You can sell each coal ore for 180gp. So, sell coal in blocks of 1k for 180k. Hook up with a buyer here in the mining forum, there are a lot of players looking for reliable miners. Fishing is also a great suggestion. Lobs sell for 250 ea and people are always buying lobs. I make a lot selling sharks. They go for 1k ea.
