another easy way for you to level your herblore is from right by the temple rebuilder game take about 5-10 serum 207s and go there, give them around to people and you CAN get 5 tarromins/person all you have to take with you is the 5-10 serums, axe, and tinderbox and you can make all the serum 207s you need to get your herb level up certainly, it is not the quickest way once you get to a higher lvl, but for your level you can certainly get a few levels really quickly

i love the idea, its so hard to keep my junk organized- withdrawl, replace with stand out item, etc. i think only 1 thing needs to be changed under the currencies- add for the warriors guild tokens, archery tickets, agility tickets, and ecto tickets (all are used like currency)
