ya well thats the thing, i dont know why i am muted anymore, i succesfully appealed one of my offences

ok, a few days ago i was permanently muted for having 3 blackmarks on my account. so i appealed all 3 and only one was succesful, however i am still permanently muted! i dont have 3 anymore so why am i still muted? please help, my account is lvl 96(almost) and i wanna talk again.

ok, i have a sufficiently powered computer (dont know the exact numbers) and whenever i try to load runescape, it loads to "connecting to update server" then stops. then it gives me an error message that says i runescape is probably being blocked by a firewall (i have disabled all that i have) please help me, i must play, lol.
