Ahhh.. this took me AGES. About 15 hours to be exact, not all at once though of course.. :P There are two terragen renders in this, and about 60-70 layers. I feel I should add the image tags here so no clicking has to be done. NOTE: Everything in this image was made by me! - Even the landscape/planet. (for those of you think this is a stock + text) =P

8kb maybe, But I highly doubt it could go to 6. Also it's hard to edit animated images, so don't expect this to be finished anytime soon. :(

Me too, until I hear some really good things about it. I won't bother. I didn't see much difference between 7 and cs2 enough for me to want to get cs3.

Mug stain? Not sure what you're talking about but w/e.. Maybe it looks worse to you, but to anyone who has decent experience in photoshop knows the final version is much better.

You have to use the magic wand tool to get rid of the background on a stock/render. OR if the background is black/dark (it might work with white too), you can set it the layer to lighten and it will remove the black/dark areas. This is usually used for C4Ds and doesn't work very well with stocks, but you can give it a shot if you want. Go to http://planetrenders.net and download some renders there, they're all cut aswell. :)

On a new layer, I manually made a white inner border after making the black border. (Zoomed in with the zoom tool, and used the 1 pixel pencil tool) Then I set the layer style to overlay. :)

Not getting many submissions now, so I'm going to start the voting now to speed things up. I'll leave this thread open for 1 more hour then I'll start the voting.

I just got it added to the tutorial list in the sticky announcement, so that's the next best thing. ;)

It's all about illusions of depth. And the stock is 100%. Stars are at overlay.

Odd.. both the bottom image and content table aren't centered, more like they've been spaced instead. I have several commands on both the table and the image. So I am not sure how to fix it.. I'll try this time. That might work better.

Ok, I'm going to give you C/C so bad that it hurts.. :shock: :P Animation: Choppy, and almost no realism. I don't recommend animating images.. ever! Text: Bad font choice, try using a sans serif font, and never ever use glow on text! <_< The text is also too big. Background: There is nothing to it, you've added a badly cropped premade C4D and done absolutely nothing to it, at least pull out some brushes and use them! About the fire effect, looks like you've radial blurred it, bad idea if so. I'd remove the whole fire effect and use abstract brushes instead. Then I'd put the C4D layer on top and set it to "lighten" and reduce the opacity aswell. Stock: Bad choice, there is no focal point, no blending at all either. Have a look at my Photoshop FAQ link (in my sig) on how to blend stocks. Quality: The entire sig is grainy as well. Another downside of using animations. Things you should work on: Blending Text Depth Border - You currently don't even have one Picking better stock images
