sorry mate but your wrong the guards just outside the fight cave drop them as well. the highest lvl ones. they usually drop a few tokkul though.

I found it was harder to find the bronze one than the rune one...so i think it must be random for everyone and theres no set ammount of tokens to get. i think in total it took me about 2.4k tokens to get the rune defender...but thats not including the other 600 tokens it took to get my other 2 :XD: so yeah about 3k tokens to get 3 rune defenders. my advice to anyone doing this is to get a mith set of armour and get 200 tokens for each trip...this is what i did as i just found it a lot faster. good luck getting your rune defender man and trust me you WILL get one. btw the silver lining to killing cyclopes for defenders is...they are proper good for training!!!(plus the armour sets are good training as well). i combined getting rune defenders with PC and it was some awesome training resulting in 82 attack, 82 strength and 81 HP :D

if you want a good way of getting to 76 fishing and 80 cooking on f2p then i suggest karamajama and training at the lessers. there ARE cuttable trees on the island. theres 3 at the dock where you arrive. and theres a lot of dead trees on the volcano. so take a tinderbox and wc axe and you wont need to tele to fally to use the range. then use the food to train on the lessers (good exp and ok drops) this is what i did and it worked pretty well and i made a good ammount of cash from the lessers as well. good luck man.

HOLD UP!!! ok i dont know current prices (havent been F2P for a while now) but i do know that the god armour and the rune (g) and rune (t) do NOT have the same stats as rune. theres like 2 stats difference (not a lot i know but oh well :roll: ) guilded rune (the completely gold rune set) has got better stats than normal rune. thought that should be pointed out.

yo mate the stronghold of security is situated in barbarian village...its right in the middle where the rocks are. you can get 10k by passing through all four lvls and you can also get some boots (fighting boots ftw :D ). 1k bronze arrows costs 6k from the archery store in varrock but you might need to switch worlds a bit to get it all. monks are the best things to train on at low lvl then go to the hill giants next to edgeville mine and own them...the more the better. there are some good range spots to stand in and you can sell the big bones for 300 ea so you can make some sweet cash to keep buying arrows. welcome back from your really really really long break :D

if you want to PK in f2p my suggestion would be to go to graveyard discussion and advice and read Xpensivs guide which has been made a sticky so its easy to find. that will tell you exactly how to go about making a good PKer. you might need to start a new character for the PKing but in my opinion its worth it. ok read closely... so my advice would be fight caves/pits and/or the warrior guild. but to be honest man pest control is the quickest way of doing it...but i agree it can get boring.
