sorry mate but your wrong the guards just outside the fight cave drop them as well. the highest lvl ones. they usually drop a few tokkul though.

I found it was harder to find the bronze one than the rune one...so i think it must be random for everyone and theres no set ammount of tokens to get. i think in total it took me about 2.4k tokens to get the rune defender...but thats not including the other 600 tokens it took to get my other 2 :XD: so yeah about 3k tokens to get 3 rune defenders. my advice to anyone doing this is to get a mith set of armour and get 200 tokens for each trip...this is what i did as i just found it a lot faster. good luck getting your rune defender man and trust me you WILL get one. btw the silver lining to killing cyclopes for defenders is...they are proper good for training!!!(plus the armour sets are good training as well). i combined getting rune defenders with PC and it was some awesome training resulting in 82 attack, 82 strength and 81 HP :D

if you want a good way of getting to 76 fishing and 80 cooking on f2p then i suggest karamajama and training at the lessers. there ARE cuttable trees on the island. theres 3 at the dock where you arrive. and theres a lot of dead trees on the volcano. so take a tinderbox and wc axe and you wont need to tele to fally to use the range. then use the food to train on the lessers (good exp and ok drops) this is what i did and it worked pretty well and i made a good ammount of cash from the lessers as well. good luck man.

HOLD UP!!! ok i dont know current prices (havent been F2P for a while now) but i do know that the god armour and the rune (g) and rune (t) do NOT have the same stats as rune. theres like 2 stats difference (not a lot i know but oh well :roll: ) guilded rune (the completely gold rune set) has got better stats than normal rune. thought that should be pointed out.

yo mate the stronghold of security is situated in barbarian village...its right in the middle where the rocks are. you can get 10k by passing through all four lvls and you can also get some boots (fighting boots ftw :D ). 1k bronze arrows costs 6k from the archery store in varrock but you might need to switch worlds a bit to get it all. monks are the best things to train on at low lvl then go to the hill giants next to edgeville mine and own them...the more the better. there are some good range spots to stand in and you can sell the big bones for 300 ea so you can make some sweet cash to keep buying arrows. welcome back from your really really really long break :D

if you want to PK in f2p my suggestion would be to go to graveyard discussion and advice and read Xpensivs guide which has been made a sticky so its easy to find. that will tell you exactly how to go about making a good PKer. you might need to start a new character for the PKing but in my opinion its worth it. ok read closely... so my advice would be fight caves/pits and/or the warrior guild. but to be honest man pest control is the quickest way of doing it...but i agree it can get boring.

i bought mine for 300k so anywheres from 250k to 350k i reckon... go to fally world 2 and walk around the garden looking for people selling stuff like rune (g) as thats what i did. Good luck and i hope you get a buyer.

dont know about exp per hour it was a long time ago i powermined. i used to powermine coal...yeah...coal. and im still sane...kinda. my way of doing it though was to a quiet server and mining at edgeville mine (next to the hobgoblins and skelles) theres 6 coal rocks and you can do a circle and then mine the mith rock and repeat. the mith rock spawns every 2 rounds so you end up with 1 mith for every 12 coal. tele to varrock and repeat. this is how i got to 65 mining. and one day i shall return to get 85 mining.

you got 24 mining and no money...who is nobbish now? lol sorry im jking. my mate made some serious cash by mining silver (25 mining...not long to go) and then selling the silver to buy arrows then spent his time ranging the hill giants next to varrock for the big bones which he sold at 300 ea. just thought i would put that across as yews sell for 300 ea but you can get big bones much faster using range. good luck making the cash man :D

perhaps this should be in rants because if you cant remember your email i dont see how any of us can :? sounds lame though man you got my sympathy. edit:just had a thought man...how about if you write down your email somewhere and then you wont forget it. i know thats a bit late but if the email your not 100% sure about turns out to be the right one then at least you got it written down :P

I did it over time by fishing swordies and tuna because you can make a lot more cash...its also good for the cooking exp as long as you make sure you cook both the swordies and the tuna. if you want to do it faster i would recommend lobs at catherby (bank is right next to the range whereas the range at the fishing guild is a bit of a mission in comparison) and your not losing out on the cash/good food that you would be if you fly fish. good luck getting 76 fishing :D

to check how many points you have got through wins you need to speak to a void knight and look how many you have to spend. to see how much zeal you have obtained (also useful for seeing how much HP exp you have got in that round) look at the top left side of the screen where there are 2 numbers. the top one is the void knights health which will be going down and the other is your zeal which should be going up

read the pest control guide on tip it as it says on there what monsters you will be fighting. my own personal advice to anyone starting pest control is: use the monsters to get 50 zeal (you must try and do this as quick as you can so jump on the low lvl monsters and not try and attack the lvl 159 ones) as soon as you got that 50 zeal run to a portal and attack it with everyone else. if you find yourself next to a spinner attack it but if its too far away or you cant attack it then dont waste time trying just keep pounding the portal. ALWAYS MAKE SURE IF YOUR THE LAST PERSON THROUGH A GATE THAT YOU CLOSE IT...and dont shut gates on other players. save up your points till you have at least 100...its better to buy exp in bulk. hope you have fun at pest control :D

no you need to do dragon slayer and you also need 40 def...its just like greenhide cept its members and you need 50 range. i think you can still wear the chaps and the vambraces though :D
