  1. i was F2P a loooong time and got 76 fishing on karambja which made it all the more satisfying. i dont see a reason to have a bank there...just tele to fally (mage exp :) ) and bank there or bring a wc hatchet and tinder and chop either the three trees by the ship or the dead trees on the volcano to cook your food then go train at the lessers/moss giants and use the food you catch. this gives you decent fishing/cooking/woodcutting/firemaking exp you can make a fair ammount of money off lesser drops so its a pretty good plan and moss giants are good for prayer/crafting(bring a chisel for the gems they drop) on F2P.
  2. wow! the level of intelligence astounds me... i do all this however when your working out how many items to put by the ammount of gp they offer they decline and walk away (or accept in an effort to get stuff ridiculously cheap), if your buying and they offer lets say 5k and you offer enough for 200 they usually decline in an effort to sell it all in bulk and how many times has someone offered items when all you want is cash? or when your waiting for them to accept but not seeing they are trying to say something to you? so your typing "ACCEPT ACCEPT ACCEPT!!!" and they are trying to tell you they have more money in the bank or summat... im all in favour of a trade screen chat
  3. i thought the bank pin was a great idea but it should be put onto EVERYTHING that allows you any kind of access to your bank. as for extending it theres no point a 4 digit pin is great and easy to remember. talking of bank pins am i the only person whose bank pin is the same in Runescape and real life? lol
  4. monks at the monastry are good for low lvl training and last time i checked they werent too keen on being blasted with magic...
  5. actions have consequences. by the way how can you expect any sympathy when you admit you used a macro? i dont have any sympathy in fact im glad jagex are out doing their job and making runescape a better place. my advice is get another account and dont be so lazy/stupid/n00bish next time.
  6. aww man thats lame. but at the same time if you had public chat on whats the betting you would have had people begging you for stuff? i guess we all just gotta play the game and not think too much about the silly things we all do...like buy raw sharks for 10k :wall:
  7. im in the same position. im not too interested in cash and prefer to train up my stats and be self sufficient...meaning i dont need to buy stuff too much. however ive found after coming to members im being asked why i dont have barrows armour or a whip or full dragon etc etc... so now im fishing like a mad thing so i can make cash for decent stuff but im not gonna start merching because it would mean less time training my lvls, questing, PKing, duel arena, pest control and castle wars...which all waaaaaaay more fun and satisfying than merching.
  8. oh man i cant remember #-o oh wait! they are just inside the volcano on karambja...when you go down the rope they are in that cave (surrounded by skellingtons and gold rocks) hope that helps.
  9. you cant really make a insult of loki silath which is why its tha sli (sly) name :-w people who dont have the intelligence to come up with anything decent call me n00b lol.
  10. something like 65 slayer to enter should be in canafis! new slayer master (how about THE slayer master?) portal to slayer tower (and back lol allowing entrance to the guild from the tower) a slayer shop (sells all slayer items) a slayer mini game
  11. i think it would work well as a friends list...im finding it annoying how i have friends i pk with and friends i dont so when im pking im being talked to a lot but if i turn off my friends then i turn into a little white dot and someone gets a bit excited...it happens lol. if you had a seperate friends list for clan/team members you wouldnt have this problem as you can turn off friends and turn on clan and everyones happy... im still all in favour of team capes but i think theres some holes in that plan as you can take off a team cape or in some cases put one on lol. i think team capes are cool for showing who is on which team but it doesnt completely stop BSing...
  12. i know what its like to be followed and i agree a "block follow" function would be much better than teleing/world hopping... i also really like the idea of automatically "block following" people on your ignore list. and i agree that it shouldnt apply in the wildy... i cant think of any cons apart from they can still follow you by manually walking/running but it wouldnt matter if they were on your ignore list.
  13. sweet idea :D ive already got a pile of bones in my bank of people ive killed but this sounds much better :D
  14. i agree with this...not every girl account is a girl and visa versa...and plus its kinda like scamming because ive seen people selling themselves for items. i wish i got a screen shot of a girl i saw who was gonna be the gf of anyone who gave her an addy pickaxe lol. as for dodgy names im also in favour. i once started a pure called "the RS tramp" which got banned for having an "offensive" name...it was just a protest against people who beg but i think jagex didnt see the funny side...however i still cant see why its "offensive" when i see people who have really insulting and offensive names...
  15. lol my friend did something like this but managed to trap himself and 2 of his friends in a room...it was while they were laughing and headbanging the wall a noob came in his house and tried to steal his boxing gloves lmao... hes got a great video of it somewhere.
  16. ummm isnt that because they were an easter event drop and therefore not tradable?
  17. ok this from personal experience but ive found in the past that the hardest stuff to sell was: yews (selling at 300 ea) it was down to scammers but it put me off woodcutting. cooked sharks (selling at 1k ea) just seemed no one wanted to buy...it was annoying. as i said this is from personal experience...
  18. lmao thats proper funny...i loved the bit about the MOD dropping a shed on him which insta-skulled, insta-killed, and insta-banned him all at once...thats some serious MOD powers at work there. where im from we call people like that a N00B... GREAT STORY :D
  19. when i was F2P these were my favourite places to train (and i got 97 cb doing it lol) go to karambja and train at the lessers and moss giants (you can fish on karambja so you wont need to buy food :D ) this allows for days of almost constant training and if you bring tele runes you can bank all your drops in fally. ice caves are also really good for the ice giants (they give more exp than warriors and hit you less...) ice warriors give good drops though and theres more of them so kill them while your waiting for a giant. i recommend karambja/crandor for mage/range/melee training but the ice caves for purely melee (not really many decent range/mage spots)
  20. its been said but i would say taverly dungeon is the best spot. i run unids occasionally and this is my advice: 1)use fally west bank (theres a sly shortcut just south of it through the wall) 2)you dont need food so take a fast weapon and head to taverly dungeon (i find a DDS works really well...but if you have a whip its better lol...and range is pretty good for getting everything lol.) 3)kill druids till you have a full invy (or identify so you only have rannars) 4)tele to fally and repeat. i find that with tele runes it gives you 25 invy spaces so collecting 25 herbs a trip means you can get a mil in 40 trips...thought someone might be interested (this is selling all herbs 1k ea...you can make more if you sell higher lvl herbs for more)
  21. hmm, I still don't get it. Anyone care to explain? English isn't my first laguage... English is my first language and I don't understand either :? Could it maybe be that if spoken aloud it sounds similar to "Deals in drugs"? lol that makes much more sense than what i was thinking lol what i thought had something to do with collars and cuffs...if you dont understand that then your too young.
  22. If you already have an assignment you can get rid of it by going to the Burthorpe slayer master (he will only change it if it is not an assignment he will give). This practice is commonly referred to as Burthorping. After Burthorping an assignment all you have to do is finish off a fairly simple assignment and you are free to choose your master (you do not have to go to the master your gem puts you in contact with). Just one last thing, I have always found this guide incredibly useful. df wow thats a good guide...cheers for that man. have a gold star :D
  23. oh lovely...more quests lol i use my genie lamps for HP exp so i guess assignments it is then cheers for the advice though man its much appreciated.
  24. cheers man :). i have read the skill guide but i was worried that as i have chaelder as a slayer master (being well over 70 cb) but i have a really low slayer lvl (basically i got that when i first got members but went back to F2P and got a high combat lvl) so i wasnt sure how i could train slayer as i dont have a high enough slayer lvl to do her assignments (i think...could be wrong) so how do i go back to an easier slayer master? i bought my gem from vannaka (my last master) but when i activated it i met chaelder (still doing my last assignment from vannaka which was crocadiles and ive almost finished it) so whats going on? how do i get an easier master or cant i?
  25. i have lvl 25 slayer and im looking for ways to get it up. is there any way of getting slayer exp without doing assignments for example? has anyone got any good advice for a relatively beginner slayer?
