OMG! lol, I started playing in 01, not sure which month it was though. I was introduced to the game by a freind. Lol, I was too scared to venture outside of Lumby for fear of being pked. (I chose to be a Pker when they had the option), and always got attacked in the Varrok General store where I was usually chased back into lumbridge. The second floor of Lumbridge Castle actually allowed players to PK each other once inside. I would sit in one of the rooms and wait for someone to walk in and I would bash them for 5 minutes with my iron short sword and bronze chain mail. I also remember killing goblins at the goblin hut to get thier iron daggers and sell them at the sword shop in varrok. Lol, it was a pain in the behind to get online, cuz there were only 2 servers, and I'd sit and wait (constantly clicking log in) in hopes that someone would log out. Man, those were the days. I DID however, meet the character named 'Lightning' (was scared he'd swat me like a fly) when he was like level 90 I believe. I said, "wow, you are a very strong person." Lightning replied, "lol." *feels n00bish now* :oops: lol. Anywho, I loved the game back then, even though it was crappy and all, I had never played an online multiplayer game before and it was a whole new mysterious world. (made lots of good freinds, and helped E.A.R.T.H. fight the Sabres clan after much flaming on the RS Official forums- when they still had them). Got involved with clans at combat level 34, and have been in them ever since. Man, RS was great fun and very mysterious back then. It will never be the same! :( ~Shock
