What if HP could be raised another way? Not exp related? imagine an ultra rare armour drop, that add +10 to current hp? or a master quest where the reward is a fountain that when you drink from it adds +25 to your current hp, even over your maximum.
The Hot springs from the quest 'A Last Resort' increases my HP by 12, that could be an alternative?

I agree, I remember when you could get any level and everyone would congratulations and let you have your fifteen seconds. You still get it in some instances, I can be fishing and not even notice I've gone up a level and someone will pipe up with "congratulations on your fishing level."
It's a nice feeling to know that you've gone up. But I guess for someone who thinks that the only achievement is maxxing out means nothing. I don't care if it's level 9 or level 67. You've clicked your mouse just like everyone else has to get it. :)

People who don't wash their hands when they leave a bathroom and go back to work to wash their hands there, that is just creating more dirt etc. Disgusting!!

I love GaGa, but I'm not going to buy the exact same CD i bought when it came out just to get the extra 8 songs. She really needed to just release the "Fame Monster" as a separate as well. Stupid I know, but I can't keep doing that, what if she re-released "The Fame Monster" with another three songs??? I'd be broke. lol.

You know whats funny? All these complaints about bots now. There were ALOT more over four years ago. But it does need to be taken care more than it has. It has to be hard for Jagex though, but even more annoying for the player who actually spent the time to level it up right.

It's a great idea in theory, but as some have mentioned it may be to complicated. I'm on the fence for this one. Are there really alot of runescape 2 players who will play classic indefinitely though?

Yes a higher level may appear to have more experience. But so may a lower level. How do you get experience? Is it by playing longer? Being a higher level? Technically it's either.
That level 3 skiller could have been playing for over two years and has watched things, and people come and go. Whilst that higher level could have been playing for two months.
You're contradicting your own arguments. In the first paragraph you talked about how the guides don't always provide a good way to do things for you as they can't cater to everyone. Then in the second paragraph you completely contradicted your arguments by stating that the players' opinions are more reliable than guides. The players WROTE the guide, based on their experience. So if A reads the guide, he has more-or-less the same information as B who asked the player who wrote the guide. So there's basically NO difference between reading a guide and asking a player who has experience in the game.
That is everything I really need to say in a nutshell.

There are players like this everywhere. I will say it is somewhat lessened on P2P but still there, I for one restrict my time in Lumbridge to quests / using the culinary chest. But that is it for me. :D

Try working on prayer, I always find I get alot of zombie events that way. I'm not sure now, but it used to be partial to what you were doing. For example if you were woodcutting you'd get the Lederhosen random event and such.
