  1. as of late, whenever i play day of defeat for some reason (and somteimes when i don't) my pc crashes to a blue screen displaying the topic title and promptly restarts. any help would be greatly apreciated on how to fix/ prevent this happening. If you need specs ask for what you need and ill put them up.
  2. with the release of construction and a myriad of new abilites and items, has anyone seen any new scams pop up? im sure there must be some If you do have any, put up how to avoid, is it just p2p or f2p too? im really worried about bein taken in....
  3. hmmm doubtful, the engine update seems to have stopped macroers for now, at least the majority. And whilst oaks are profitable they will never be as profitable as yews, so most WC macroes would probably go for the biggest profit. but then again i have little understnading of macroes so i might be wrong
  4. yes without a doubt yes. I have two member friends both of whom i know in real life and have helped me innumerably over the years. When i was a lil lvl 3 they kept me safe from scams and lures, in my growing stage they helped me make cash (never gave me cash only helped) and in my quests have always been there with hint and even combat help on occasions (the lessers in melzar's maze learned the wrath of a full runed member at least until just over half health :)). By the way i have never scammed, macroed, or even sworn on runescape, and i attribute this to my mentors so if they read this thank you. Maybe a mentor for newbies should be created :P
  5. well after dared by a member friend to do it right away (silly i know) i managed to do it at combat lvl 45 with half addy half black armour n a half inventory of apple pies :P guess i got lucky. The really nice bit was the group of rune armoured high lvls cheering me on - nice to know some nice people still exist. Thank you all for your help anyway though
  6. Ah i see, i have been misinformed then, i was told by a friend no rune could be worn before the quest, useless huh :P. Damn that means i have to get the money for rune as well now :P
  7. train to be able to wear full rune? i thought a player cannot wear rune until they complete the quest :s. Thank you both for the quick answers though, back to the monotony of training then i guess....
  8. my stats are - attack, strength and defence lvl 37 and hitpoints 38 and i am currently considering doing dragon slayer. my question is this, will i own, or will the dragon own? i have easy access to lobbies and pies if necessary so food is not an issue and neither is armour, i will have full addy by the time i begin (but with dragon shield obviously :)) with addy sword as a weapon. so what will happen to me *quakes with fear*
  9. wow the response to this has been brilliant. Thank you all :)

Earlier today i was around some macroers at willows, merrily reporting away, when one of those o so helpful tree spirits appeared and proceeds to slap seven shades of the proverbial out of a macroer (nice to see they work sometimes) I notice that he has dropped a full inventory of willow logs, so i snap them up and bank them, without a second thought. Only after did i realise this may be misconstrued as benefiting from macroers. So could i be in trouble?
