well now-a-days they are called notes just go into your bank and you'll see a note option... if you want certs you need a time machine anyway correct me if im wrong but shouldnt this be in help & advice?

what should i wear to curse fail? currently im using leather vambraces and full addy that only adds to -57 magic attack bonus and it needs to be -65... what else should i wear
