right it was a metaphor/simile thing also i got tension + birdseed so i wrote "tension is like birdseed. sometimes you get what youre looking for. other times you just get squirrels"

i was trying to make an intelligent metaphor, since thats what we were doing in class today, and realized that i suck at them one of my examples, i was assigned to make a metaphor between love and a piano "love is like a piano. if you bang on it hard enough, it'll make loud noises"

yes ofc also my AP lang class was supposed to make submissions for the Why I Write contest on Twitter, and we got our entire class a twitter acc (but just one acc....), called "youvebeenlanged". my tweet "It's like Playdoh, you can make anything, except not squishy, or nontoxic.
