I got a second bottom of sceptre, even tho I have a completed sceptre in the bank. Maybe you can get multiple sceptres. I'm guessin it doesn't matter what lvl monster you kill, as long as it's the rigt kind of monster. I got a bottom from both the lvl 35 and lvl 41 flesh crawlers. EDIT: The first 3 portals have a lvl requirement to use them (if you haven't completed that level). The last one, on the 4th floor, requires all players to complete the level before using it.
