perhaps, but i have a feeling it will be sometime before we see that measure of a step taken, i do not believe jagex actually has that kind of power dedicated to such a thing. i could be wrong, but it just doesnt seem like jagex would have the upper hand. next year if they actually dedicated a few people to design a system specifically for it and such but of course, some players do play in various areas of the world frequently, i spoke with a woman the other day who is 36 and she was in hong kong but lives in the netherlands and australia as well(or so she said.) seriously some tricky business here if it not to hurt honest players. i have full rune, done every quest in the free world, combat level is 57, total is 640 my question is am i ready for the members world and would i still be considered a noob becuase people have said im still a noob and im not a noob wat are ur thoughts

so i was walking along and i saw about 20 level 3 noobs all together. they all looked the same. and they were moving one by one. so i got wondering, and it looked like someone was mulitply logging in with the all the level 3 noobs. i even ask a few people around and they agreed with me. so i tried reporting them under muliply loggin in and when i tried it , it said u cannot report under this rule unless that player and traded and spoken recently. i dont get that. wat does that have to do with this rule?

i would do mage. if ur mage is low, then u can do fire blast. runes dont count as wepons. then when u fight the tree spirt, hide like behind the mushrooms so she cant get to u
