    Alright,Ive always been wondering..way back when my bro used to play it was rs classic and there was this one place where everyone staked and fought eachother..I was wondering with the new rs and in members if u can stake and duel people anywhere at anytime... THis could make me become a member or not.. So i was just wondering if in members u can duel and stake somebody (if they agree) anywhere and anytime..Or do u ahev to have or be somewhere.. plz answer..Thanks
