i agree i see freakin lvl 70's with full drag and whips...and i am just speechless, there is one explanation which is they transferred it from there mains but i dunno. There is a lvl 3 that basically all of his skills besides combat are all better then mine. I am a 104 with average total lvl for a 104. look him up zzzamorak
