if i have 2 bows both never been recharged, if i sue them both up then recharge one it will cost full cost, but when i rechrage the second bow will it cost the full cost, or sencond highest as i jsut rechraged the first one?

ok well u should consider runecrafting, i can make 5 times more money per hour making natures in the abyss (at lvl 52 rc) compared to cutting magics (at lvl 91) so with runecrafting u only need a low lvl to make heaps of money unlike woodcut

if u get ur runecrafting up high enough to make nats, its good money making them though the abyss. i as 51 runecrafting and was useing all small, mid and large pouches, plus somethimes useing a energy pot and i was making about 480k/hr
