    First of all: Your idea is cool! But I think there is one little problem about the bank tabs. If you do it the way with images, you must make al lot of 2 skill combinations, because every one wants another two skills together. Maybe it would be easier if you went back to the old idea of texttabs. But I likes the rest very much!
