Ive given them my agreement # ,my bank pin, last log in date, a few of the items in my bank, the amount of money i had, armour i had on, armour in my bank, clothing in my bank, number of lobbys in my bank weapon i was using and had in my bank, but have they unlocked it? No, of course not, im begging to think they have something against me... :x

You could just use that info in your own request. But its not like the staff actually reads it. >:(. I sent i request with really detailed additional info that if anyone else read theyd unlock it but still its locked, now my friend has to pay for something that wont get used. It pisses me off, all that work on my account for nothing..

Because its not runescape policy to be user freindly...

Why dont they just email you with the info to unlock your account? Im on my friends membership plan and i dont the the membership info.

If you cant provide a secure site, then dont provide one at all >:(
