    I got lvl 97 range earlier, and I went to test my max, it still seems to be 29... seems really low to me, but I can't get it to hit higher, so I guess that's it... I made sure by waiting till I saw 10 29's come by, never saw a 30, so I guess that's it...

    I just killed 75 white knights, and I never hit higher than 29, I think that it's definitely 29 at level 96 ranged.

    I'll post when I find the maxes for lvl 96 through 99, I am lvl 96 range right now, training for lvl 99. I'll keep you posted on my progress on getting max hits.
