I recently started playing again... and I dont know good areas to level up! I am combat lvl 57 and P2P. My stats for combat are: 40 att 51 str 44 def 9 range 41 pray 40 mage 45 hp I dont really want to work on range or magic right now though... but I cant think of the good areas for p2p as I recently upgraded Any help appreciated!

what company do you use for internet? if it does it every two hours exactly...and it doesnt have to do with your internet provider you might want to setup the network again, and make sure its done properly.

to fix your problem... get rid of your processor. its celeron, its out of date. with a hard drive with those specs you should run rs fine. defrag, system clean up, and end processes of programs that are spyware/adware.
