if the lvl 3 clue was from a low lvl monster (which drops lvl 3 clues) you should drop it. but this one is from a steel dragon, one of the highest lvl clue droppers, so i would keep it. i kept my iron dragon lvl 3 clue to get 63 fishing. KEEP IT !

Hey you guys, i've been killing a lot of iron and steel dragons in this week and yesterday i got a clue scroll from an iron dragon \ Heres my tasks: Clue number 1. 'Yawn in the Rogues general store. beware of double agents! Equip an adamant square shield, blue dragon vambraces and a rune pickaxe.' Clue number 2. Clue number 3. 'You will need to under cook to solve this one' Clue number 4. 'Bow at the top of the lighthouse. Beware of double agents! Equip a blue dragonhide body, blue dragon hide vambraces and no jewelry.' Clue number 5. 'Blow a raspberry in the fishing guild bank. Beware of double agents! Equip an elemental shield, blue dragonhide chaps and a rune warhammer.' I had to train from lvl 52 to 63 fishing to enter the fishing guild .. hard work ! REWARD: During the clue i had to get 63 fishing to enter the fishing guild: Fishing lvl reached: 63 / 63

Ey, guys ! Well at the moment im doing slayer and i have to kill 119 Hell Hounds. i was happy because i knew that they were dropping Lvl 3 clue scrolls. so i began fighting those Hell hounds: And after the 64th kill i got it ! and after some treasure hunt around the rs world i finally got this: I was pretty dissapointed, because i wanted some stuff which was more worth -.- But better luck next time :D
