Stupid computer...double post. -

The contest is still open. I've decided not to close it until I have at least three good entries which I am satisfied with. I'm still waiting for a number of people who said they would enter but have not yet submitted any entries. -

It's okay, don't worry it. I really like the version with the legends cape still and the dragon fire animated, so I'll keep that one on the entries list. And just a little side note, operationfl, its she, not he. :) -

As you said, they're both over the limit, so I just added the one with the fire animation from earlier up top, since I like that version the best at the moment. The one with the extra lighting looks kind of weird. It seems fine to me without the extra lighting, so you needn't worry about that. In regards to the one with the cape flapping in the wind, as evorr said it seems to be going much to fast. Perhaps you could just have the fire still, and add an extra frame or two with the cape in more transition between the two positions? Right now it just seems like it is flipping back and forth between two positions. I believe an extra frame would make it more smooth. -

Yes, Princess has entered the competition. You can see her entry on the main post. I'm disappointed that you will not enter because she has, but that is your decision. Remember, you don't need to enter right away. There is still at least two weeks left, as I haven't set a deadline yet. -

Raist-dark - Looks good. I like the dragon, though it looks like it has no legs, and is more grey than white. Perhaps make the cliff a little bit smaller? Also, both of the current entries have been added and commented on above. -

Actually, that is very close to what I've been picturing. I would suggest you continue with that design, it looks very promising. The dragon looks sort of like a weird plane right now, though, lol. Princess, I love the avatar. The beating effect is great. :D As for Black_Flat's question, I would like the character to be sort of in the distance, though not so far as to be unrecognizable. The cliff and character should be the foreground of the sig, however. -

Thought so, just wanted to make sure. :) I was actually considering doing just that. I've seen some of her work and I greatly admire it. Everyone has been added to the list. -

Great, Godslayer. And Nacho, are you and Kinky Dave together, or are you just entering for him as well? -

Hmm. It's good. However, I would prefer it to look more like a real human heart. Also, it looks kind of weird coming from the top, perhaps having it come from the side? Also, you are planning on adding a background, correct? The talon itself is hard to see against the plain white background. -

Great, dark_ice. I hope you get the chance to enter. Edit: Heh, all posting at once on me. Yes, I have msn. I prefer not to give it out openly on forums, however, so I will message it to you. -
Hmm. It's nice, and cute, as ULMoes said, however there seems to be alot of extra space on the left there above your name. To me, it seems to give it a rather 'empty' feeling. That is a Picori from Zelda: The Minish Cap for Gameboy advance, isn't it? Edit: I was typing while you posted, heh. Nevermind on the question.

Thank you, I look forward to seeing your entry. Just out of curiousity, how long does an average pro-pixel sig such as this take to complete? -
I have decided that I would like a few pixel signatures and matching avatar to use here as well as other forums. All three of the winning signature & avatar pairs will be used, among others. First Prize: 1 Million Second Prize: 500k Third Prize: 250k Proof of money can be found Here. Signature Size: Tip.it Forum limits Character: Female, wearing dark red robes (top and bottom), dark red hat, gloves, and boots. Also wearing glory amulet and legends cape, holding dragon battle axe. Hair colour as pictured in the reference image. Reference Picture Setting: I would like my character to be standing on the edge of a cliff (cliff bottom left hand corner, character facing right), looking out over a forested valley, with a river running through it. In the distance, the forest ending at the coast of an ocean, with the sun rising/setting out over the water (redish/orange tinged sky). Also, please have a white dragon flying somewhere in the sig. If possible, I would like the legends cape to be flapping in the wind. Text: Silent Elegy - No specific font in mind. Please leave space just below this for other text I will be adding later one. About a 15 pixel strip should be enough. Avatar Size 80 x 80 pixels For the avatar I would simply like a white dragon talon/claw (coming from the side) holding a bloody heart. If you can get it to look realistic (and within 6kb), I would appreciate having the heart beating, although I realize that this may not be possible. Thank you very much, and good luck to all. I realize that some may have exams this week (I certainly do) and so the deadline will not be for at least two weeks. Note: I realize that, because I was rather specific about the layout of the signature, that many of the entries will be similar. What I am mainly looking for is individual touches, and quality of work. Current Entries evorr - The line art seems very messy, Also, the character looks kind of fat. Not exactly the kind of look I was going for. And as Pureleader said, there is very little noticeable shading. Princessa9 Unfinished - It looks great. Can't wait until it is done. frizoid Unfinished - Very nice, it's looking fantastic. Keep up the good work. Ltcbob_JP - Looks good. I kind of prefer sigs oriented from the left side, but that's okay. Since there isn't any text yet, it should be simple to simply flip it over.
