i've been reading all of those theorys about randoms and here is my experience: I'll be at the spot I got my first 2 mimes with all chat settings off and a full inventory. Let's see what happens :)

Random Events, love them or hate theyr a part of our playing. Some of us always wait for the time to get them, but what really makes a random event appear. I mean there's gotta be something on the game coding that generates random events. We all know Gravedigger appears when ur burying bones, same with zombies and shades. We all know u get a river troll by fishing and a tree spirit by woodcutting. My question is what can trigger an event like the Mime or the Maze? Join me as we try to figure that out :?: They are out there ! lol

There is nothing you can or can't do to get random events. They are random and comes when you least expect. Yeah but I remember my first two mime events, they happened in the same place while I was doing the same thing: Spider killing at Varrock Sewer Last time it happened I was burying bones (?????) I guess ur right, one can't predict them. Thx for everybody's help!

so does any1 have tips for getting mime event??

I lost my mime boots... :evil: I know Jagex ain't giving them back but does any1 know if I can get them back at another Mime Event??? Plz all help is thankfully appreciated
