I'm training on rock crabs right now. Which'll kill em' faster a scimmy or a 2hander?

Mining: 60 Smithing: 41 So what do you guys recommend I do to raise my mining to 85 and smithing to 99? I want to make a lucrative business out of smithing rune items. Should I powermine iron or coal? Where should I powermine? Also should I bank or just drop? I'm going to start my nonstop quest for 85 and 99 right after I get most of my stats at least upto 40.

I can't seem to find them...

The dwarf commander? None of the guards are selling me anything.

I need a cannonball mould and don't know where to get one. Where do I get one? From that guy in the dwarven mines?
