June 11, 200620 yr It's the guy you went to see on top of the dwarven mines, in the west building. He sells the cannon new (don't buy there, buy from another player cheaper), and the mould, and the instruction book (which you don't really need). HTH it's a lot easier to get over yourself when you look at intelligence the same way you look at beauty, or height, or eye color: being smart is easy, but being good is hard ... being smart is handed to you, being good is handed to *nobody*.
