March 10, 200719 yr Hello everyone, I have always loved fishing. I look back to those days of RSC fishing on Karmajia island and smile. So with my memories of happy fishing I have decided I want to get fishing to 99. I have no skills that are 99, so I figure I would get fishing there first. So my question is, for those experiences fishermen, what is a good way to level fishing. I enjoy the fishing guild but at the moment are stuck on lobbys due to low cooking level. Should I just become a permanents resident of the fishing guild? Or should I stock up on feathers and go to Shilo? What other options are there? Also, how long does it take to get up to 99 fishing? I haven't clocked my average load in an hour time, so I really have no idea how long that will take. So for lvl 99 I would need: 100k Sharks, 120k Lobbys, or 157k Salmon It seems like a good way to go about getting that fishing level up is to just get those lobbys. Since it may take a long time to get 100k sharks compared to 120k lobbys? What do you think? Thanks, --Nate

March 10, 200719 yr Get around 70 fishing or so, do Swan Song, and fish monkfish all the way. Might not be as fast as fly fishing, but monkfish sell for up to 300 each, a very nice profit. Faster than lobsters, and more experience. I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways.
March 10, 200719 yr hi mate i have allways loved fishing but i don't do that much my fishing lvl is 14 \ but i going to do some more fishing when i next go on runecape. i not be able to do fishing today. :wall:
March 10, 200719 yr Bear in mind that u also get trout in shilo which have lower xp than salmon so the 157k may not be accurate. Im 93 fishing and i powerfished in shilo but never found it quite fun. Lobs i would say are a snore. I would suggest to you that u try to complete swan song quest and fish monkfish. :
March 10, 200719 yr depends... if u want a high fishing level fast go to shio if ure not in a rush, stay at the fishing guild and it will improve ure cooking aswell. My thoughts are the best is to get high fishing then cook... Fletching/Fishing/Crafting/Firemaking/cooking cape owner
March 10, 200719 yr Monkfish is the best way. Maybe slower than flyfishing, but you also get decent amount of cooking exp and nice amount of money. \
